Property Developer’s Administrative Operations Assistant (also referred to as the Ops Assistant) position is regularly scheduled to work 30 hours (with a maximum of 40 hours) per week. scheduled work hours are from 8:00am to 4:30pm (flexible start times may be necessary, as business needs change) including a 30-minute unpaid lunch, Monday through Friday (occasional weekends, only when necessary). Alongside construction and concrete services, the company places a strong focus on our community presence and multimedia marketing, via multiple advertising platforms.Our clients are government entities, childcare facilities, and commercial properties, so we do require FBI Fingerprint Background Check and Drug/Alcohol Testing.Full Details, Below.

Interviews will take place in Downtown Dallas (near the AT&T Discovery District), with full access to Public Transportation (DART Bus/Train). If you choose to drive, you can utilize the Park Mobile Parking Meters for street parking or pay for Public Parking.

30 to 40 Hours per week. 8:00am-4:30pm. 30-minute, unpaid lunch. The Administrative Operations Assistant is primarily responsible for administrative tasks, generating sales, multimedia marketing support (audio/video/film, representing the company at events, scheduling jobs & site inspections (as well as renewing and growing existing customer accounts).
This is a 30 to 40 Hour position with a small property management, maintenance, development, and remodeling company. This job requires performing some DFW errands and tasks (within a 60-mile radius - employees are not responsible for fuel charges). Flexibility in tasks and schedules are required. Administrative Operations Assistant will:
• Perform all tasks & assignments, set forth by the Owner, Managers, and Audiosha Team.
• Provide accurate and timely communication to the Owner, Managers, Audiosha Team, Staff and any Contractors on relevant issues to ensure key information is disseminated.
• Initiate and maintain customer relations, new business support and account management. In-person visits, promotions, event representation and some cold calls.
• Execute Property Developer’s multimedia and social media projects, managed/directed by Audiosha’s Zombie Minx Creative Group.
• Responsible for assisting in day-to-day operational, administrative, and basic project estimation functions of the business accurately and efficiently. Support with ordering and securing meals, supplies & materials (including the work crews’ worksite locations).
• Assist with various daily, weekly, and monthly administrative functions: payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, contracts, material billings, equipment reporting, fuel reconciliation, purchasing card reconciliation, inventory, and document control to ensure accuracy and timely completion in accordance with established procedures and compliance with Company policy.
• Assist field operations with informational inquiries to ensure productive work environment.
• Assist with job set ups, event setups, contract billings and accounts receivable/payables to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and cost effectiveness.
• Assist with internal audits, quality control, and self-audits of all business functions to ensure that established internal controls are followed.
• Assist other functional team members with administrative functions including Human Resources, Equipment/Inventory, Safety, Estimating, Construction, Trainings, Conferences and Promotional Materials to ensure efficiency and accuracy of office needs.
• Provide purchasing/shipping/ receiving support, for field operations as needed to ensure productive work environment.
• Provide business development support, as needed, for communicating with customers (mailings/faxes/ invitations, etc.).
• Assist and train to facilitate onsite trainings, property showings, site checks and address client concerns.
• Confidentially maintain detailed knowledge of Property Developers & Audiosha operations, organizational procedures, and personnel. Assist with multimedia productions and company media campaigns. Perform various other duties, as required. You will need to be punctual and present. You will work in an office environment, at community locations, local businesses and at various industrial worksites. This position is 100% in-person and not remote.
•Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
•Must train to become an Excel expert (authoring templates for CRM, Tracking, Bidding, etc.), become proficient in ISN/ISNetworld-maintenance and Bid Estimating software.
•Must demonstrate ethical and professional business practices.
•Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•Must have the ability to work independently (under pressure) and solve problems.
•Must be able to handle multiple tasks and respond with a sense of urgency as required
